At present, there are many products with unqualified strength, which seriously affects the use of the industrial lifting door. The structure of the roller blind shaft mainly refers to the depth and structure of the shaft heads at both ends of the roller blind shaft plugged into the steel pipe. The plug depth of the shaft head shall be about 1 / 10 of the shaft length, and there shall be two flanges and sufficient welds.
The third problem: the prewinding of the industrial liftgate. The industrial liftgate, especially the steel industrial liftgate, is relatively heavy, so a circle of prewinding will be reserved on the reel. To reduce the tension of the door curtain weight on the screw and prevent the first curtain plate from breaking.
The fourth problem: the fire control electric cabinet and smoke and temperature sensing. The national standard stipulates that when a fire occurs, the power supply is interrupted and there is no operation on the site within 2 meters of the industrial lift door, there should be a fire temperature fusing control door closing device. This function is particularly important for densely populated places.
